My Study...
I was studying and working
in Japan for 5 years (from
1992~1997). During the past 5 years, I was studying Japanese
language in Tokyo for
2 years, then, staying in
Osaka and Kyoto for 3 years for my Bachelor degree
(Bachelor of Business Administration) in Ryukoku
University (www.ryukoku.ac.jp),
majored in Management and Business Information.
In 1997, I had been
selected by Ryukoku University as an exchange student to
Fudan University (www.fudan.edu.cn)
in Shanghai, China for 1 year (1997~1998). During the
year, I studied Business Management and wrote my thesis.
Also, I worked in a department store named "Parkson",
which is a Malaysia & Shanghai joint venture. I worked
in "Parkson" as a marketing researcher, to
collect data for company and my thesis.
After studying in Japan and
Shanghai, I continued my Master's degree (Master of
Information Technology) in Bond University (www.bond.edu.au)
on Gold Coast, Australia in 1998, majored in Wireless
Networking (Telecommunication), and Java language.
My Work...
After finishing my Master's
degree, I am joining a
Finnish company named "Tecnomen" (www.tecnomen.com),
the company sent me to the H.Q in Espoo, Finland for 6 months (from
04/09/2000 ~ 31/03/2001) for training (VMS/UMS
scripts/programs).
Now, I am working in our region office, which located
at Malaysia's Technology Part named "Cyberjaya". As a
TUI (Telephonic User Interface) software design
engineer, I am mainly doing design and program of user-interface
of the VMS (VoiceMail System)/UMS (Unified
Messaging System), WEB, and WAP. I also
have to prepare technical notes and support for other
region offices and customers in the Asia-Pacific area. Also, one of my
important tasks is to collect needs and feedback from
customer, while doing testing with them.
Our company's H.Q is located in
Espoo, Finland. I was
having script's training there for 6 months (from
04/09/2000 ~ 31/03/2001). And, I am the first member of APACC
(Asia-Pacific Area Competence Center) in Tecnomen Malaysia.
Tecnomen is a Hi-Tech company, it provides high quality
products for Telecom company worldwide, such as MMSC
(Multimedia Messaging Service Centre), Voice-mail
system, wireless devices, and mobile
system. Therefore, our customers mainly are the
Telecom companies.
